From Bellingham: Take Exit 230. Go 5 miles west on Highway 20 to Best Road.
Head south, go 2 miles on Best Road and we are just past the roundabout.

The Schoolhouse and Rose Garden
10’ x 10’ spaces are standard, and the fee scale is according to the location: 1888 Schoolhouse $125 (SH-3 spaces available); Big Tent $100 (BT-8 spaces available); Open Lawn space $75 (LA – 6 spaces available). Updated map as of Tuesday, July 27.
The North Meadow Field
North Meadow Field $50 per space: 26 spaces of 15’ x 15’ spaces for tent, car or truck; 8 spaces for vintage trailers, buses or food trucks; 6 spaces of 15’ x 15’ tent under The Vinery eves. Vendors are required to bring your own WHITE pop-up tent (not to exceed 15’ x 15’) for lawn spaces. Updated map as of Tuesday, July 27.
Set Up & Take Down
Set up for vendors: Thursday, August 8, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., and Friday, August 9, 9 am – 4:30 pm. Vendors must be ready for sales no later than 4:30 p.m. Exhibitor must keep exhibit open during all show hours. THERE WILL BE NO EARLY PACKING DURING SHOW HOURS. Show hours are from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, August 9 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, August 10, 2019. Dealers are responsible for removing merchandise by the end of the show day unless arrangements have been made in advance. Exhibitor must provide own chairs, displays, and wracks.
Cancellation
To cancel a pre-paid reservation, you must call on or before the Monday prior to the show. All cancellations are subject to a $10 administrative fee. There is a $25 service fee for returned checks. Christianson’s Nursery reserves the right to change any assigned space of exhibitor and relocate for a REASONABLE cause at their sole discretion. Christianson’s Nursery is entitled to re-sell spaces not claimed by noon on Friday, August 9, and payments will be forfeited without prior notification.
Category
All merchandise must fall in the category of antique, antique collectible, vintage, or upcycled, and all are subject to Christianson’s Nursery approval. A small percentage (no more than 10%) of hand-made merchandise will be allowed if it compliments antiques and is approved by Christianson’s Nursery. Christianson’s Nursery reserves the right to cancel a booth reservation or require alteration of any merchandise or activity that is inconsistent with the quality, theme, or image of the show.
Unloading & Parking
Exhibitors are allowed to back vehicles into loading area near the Schoolhouse and North Meadow Field. No vehicles will be allowed on the Schoolhouse lawn. Exhibitor parking will be provided. Vintage trailers, cars, and trucks will be assigned spaces and will be directed on how to park. Staying overnight in your trailers during set up is acceptable for Exhibitors only. We do not provide electricity or water hookups. Restrooms are available for your convenience. Exhibitors must bring own hand trucks and dollies and help to unload, set up and take down.
