The Meadow Schoolhouse & Gardens
Built in 1888, the 600-square-foot Meadow Schoolhouse has been lovingly restored and sits within a picturesque English Rose Garden. The Schoolhouse offers an intimate indoor space accommodating up to 50 seated guests, while the surrounding Rose Garden can host approximately 130 guests. Included in the Schoolhouse & Gardens rental, we offer access to our Greenhouses during the summer months (after 4:30 PM) and during November and December (after 3:30 PM). The Greenhouses—lush with tropical plants, vibrant blooms, and resident hummingbirds—can seat up to 50 guests and are frequently used for ceremonies, receptions, dinners, and photography.
The Vinery
Located just north of the nursery, The Vinery is our newest restored venue, constructed primarily from salvaged materials—including barn wood from Fir Island, vintage windows from Skykomish, and reclaimed metal roofing from Skagit Salvage. With sweeping views of Skagit Valley farmland, the Cascades to the east, and the Olympics to the west, The Vinery offers an inspiring and scenic setting for weddings, dinners, and gatherings of all kinds.

- Setup/Breakdown: Renters handle setup & breakdown of outside rentals; Christianson’s handles teardown of house chairs/tables

Allowed: Botanical flower petals, pets (leashed), BBQ & food trucks (designated areas), candles in holders
