Intro to Bonsai
Discover the art of bonsai in this hands-on workshop designed for plant lovers of all ages and experience levels. Together, we’ll explore the fascinating history of bonsai, learn about several classic bonsai styles, and discuss the basic techniques used to shape, maintain, and care for these living works of art.
With guidance throughout the class, you’ll select and design your own bonsai tree, then pot it up to take home and enjoy for years to come. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to continue caring for your tree as it grows and evolves.
No prior experience is needed—just a curiosity for plants and a willingness to get your hands a little dirty. We recommend dressing comfortably, as this is a hands-on gardening class.
