The 1888 Meadow Schoolhouse

Christianson’s Meadow Schoolhouse seats 50 guests (with additional standing space for a bridal party of 10), our English Rose Garden accommodates up to 120 seated guests, and our fully restored greenhouses seat 50 guests.

The Vinery

Our newest picturesque building located just north of the Nursery is named ‘The Vinery’ and it is now open as an event venue.  The Vinery has two levels: the main floor, and two upper lofts, a commercial kitchen, and a beautiful west-facing outdoor patio partitioned by dry-stone wall fencing that is sure to delight.

    • Large ground floor seating area (capacity: 140), additional viewing space in both balconies
    • West loft for intimate ceremonies (includes chandeliers, outlets, podium,  vintage seated chairs for 15, with room for additional chairs for up to 30 people)
    • East loft with bar (bar lighting, outlets, 8 bar chairs, 2 leather chairs, 1 sofa, table seating)
    • East loft banquet tables (three 10ft wooden banquet tables)
    • Bridal dressing room (with seating room, mirrors, and outlets)
    • Groom changing area (with seating room, mirrors, and outlets)
    • Washrooms (men’s and women’s both handicap accessible)
    • Full kitchen (cooler, freezer, stove, three-bay sanitizing sink, mop sink, plating area) and walk-in cooler (located at the Nursery)

Christianson’s Nursery is not responsible for outside vendor services. Please review all individual vendor contracts for times, payments, and services promised.  Please feel free to call us with any questions you have regarding any vendors who have serviced a Christianson’s event in the past.

Please Note:
Nursery retail hours are between 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. “Private Event” signs are staked near entryways during open hours.
